SECTION 3 - ORDERS & FINAL SALE POLICY
All orders placed are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance.

Once an order is placed:

  • It cannot be canceled, modified, or changed

  • All sales are final

  • We do not issue refunds under any circumstances

Returns or exchanges, if allowed, are strictly governed by our Refund Policy and are limited to store credit only at our sole discretion.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENTS & CHARGEBACK POLICY
By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All billing information provided is accurate

  • You will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks

Chargebacks & Disputes:
Attempting to file a chargeback without first contacting us at support@wickedangelsstudios.com to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks with evidence

  • Block future purchases

  • Take further action in cases of fraud or abuse

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked “delivered”

Once an order is handed to the carrier, full responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customers must resolve delivery issues directly with the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, designs, graphics, and materials are the exclusive property of Wicked Angels Studios.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Our store is powered by Shopify; however, all transactions are solely between you and Wicked Angels Studios.
