Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Please note: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds.
If you wish to return an item for store credit equal to the value of your purchase, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. You must provide a tracking number once you have shipped the item(s). Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a credit code that can be used on a future purchase.
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. Items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to being sent back.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to locate your package or file a lost package claim.
Once your claim has been approved, email us at support@wickedangelsstudios.com to receive a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Mislabeled Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or mislabeled, or if you would like to request a return, please contact us at support@wickedangelsstudios.com for assistance.
Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for choosing their own carrier and covering all return shipping costs, including any loss or damage.
Canceling a Return
Once a return request has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or Missing Packages
Wicked Angels Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not liable for missing or stolen items.
For lost packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier before contacting us.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means you are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees required by your country upon delivery.
By placing an international order, you agree to these terms. We are unable to estimate these fees at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and verification, plus 3–7 business days for shipping and delivery. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive confirmation emails when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or received an incorrect, damaged, or mislabeled item, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
