At Wicked Angels Studios, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Shipping Destinations

For international orders:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the item.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, full responsibility transfers to the customer.
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and completed.
Wicked Angels Studios is not responsible for:

Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If a claim is approved, you may contact us at support@wickedangelsstudios.com for further assistance, which may include store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy
To protect our business and customers, we actively monitor for fraudulent activity and abuse.
We reserve the right to:

Deny claims for orders flagged as high-risk

Refuse refunds, replacements, or credits in cases of suspected fraud

Block or ban customers from future purchases

Cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious
Filing false claims (including “item not received” when tracking confirms delivery) or excessive claims may result in permanent restriction from our Services.
We also reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence, including tracking confirmation and delivery verification.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to:
